20-Yard Roll-Off Dumpster

The Workhorse. Big Project? Throw It In.

Our biggest single-haul roll-off. Same driveway footprint as the 15, but 33% taller — about 10 truckloads of debris swallowed whole. Built for whole-house cleanouts, full roofs, and remodels that don’t mess around.

20-yard HDR Dumpster delivered to a residential driveway, ready for a big cleanout

Same length as the 15. 33% more capacity. The biggest dumpster we deliver in a single drop.

When the job’s too big for a 15-yard but you still want it in your driveway, the 20-yard is the answer. It’s the same length and width as our 15 — so it fits the same spots — but the taller walls add the equivalent of three extra pickup-truck loads of room. For most contractors, this is the size they default to.

  • 14 ft long x 7.5 ft wide x 6 ft tall — the tallest single-haul we run
  • Up to 2.5 tons of weight included in your rental
  • 7-day rental window, no creeping daily fees
  • Driveway-friendly placement with wood protection for your concrete
  • Family-owned, fully licensed and insured, based right in High Springs

What Fits in a 20-Yard Dumpster?

Think bigger than a single room. The 20-yard is the right call when you’re tearing into a whole project, not just cleaning up after one.

Full Roof Replacements

Asphalt shingle tear-offs on mid-to-large homes — up to 40 squares per dumpster. The taller walls keep the load contained without spilling over.

Whole-House Cleanouts

Estate cleanouts, hoarder cleanouts, post-eviction, or prepping a property for sale. One dumpster for the entire house instead of two trips.

Major Remodels

Kitchen + bath combined? Multi-room flooring tear-out? Full interior gut? The 20-yard handles the debris from serious renovations without filling up halfway through.

Big Storm & Tree Cleanups

Hurricane debris, downed trees, fence damage, soaked drywall. The extra height makes loading bulky branches and waterlogged materials much easier.

New Construction & Additions

Framing scrap, sheathing, siding cutoffs, packaging. Contractors choose the 20-yard for builds and additions because it holds a full week of debris with margin to spare.

Commercial Cleanouts

Office moves, retail buildouts, restaurant remodels, warehouse purges. The 20-yard is the contractor-standard size for light commercial debris.

20-Yard Dumpster FAQs

Everything you’re about to ask, answered ahead of time.

Will a 20-yard dumpster fit in my driveway?
Yes — same driveway footprint as our 15-yard. We need ~30 ft of clear, flat space, and we lay wood under the wheels to protect your concrete. The only difference is height: the walls are 6 ft instead of 4.5 ft, but that doesn’t change where it can be placed. Send us a driveway photo if you’re unsure and we’ll tell you straight.
How heavy can I load it?
Up to 2.5 tons (5,000 lbs) included. After that it’s $75 per additional ton, billed from the actual scale ticket at the landfill. For heavy materials like shingles, concrete, and tile, the limit can fill up faster than you’d think — if you’re unsure, call us before you load and we’ll size it right.
Can I throw a whole roof tear-off in here?
Yes — up to 40 squares of asphalt shingles per dumpster. That covers most mid-to-large single-family roofs. For bigger commercial tear-offs, we can stage multiple swaps — just call and we’ll plan it with you.
How long do I get to keep it?
7 days included. If your project runs long, call us before pickup day — we’re local and flexible. Big remodel running 2 weeks? We’ll work it out with you.
Can I put concrete or brick in it?
Up to 5 yards of concrete, brick, or asphalt per dumpster. More than that gets heavy fast and risks our trucks. If you’ve got a big concrete tear-out, call us and we’ll do a dedicated heavy-material drop with the right pricing.
What can’t I put in the 20-yard?
No hazardous materials, paints, chemicals, batteries, fuel, oils, propane tanks, aerosols, refrigerated appliances (fridges, AC units), medical waste, or large loose loads of dirt or sand. Everything normal — demo debris, shingles, furniture, yard waste, scrap metal — is good to go.
What does a 20-yard actually cost?
It’s priced based on your location and material type — punch your address into our booking page for a live, all-in quote, or call/text 352-514-1791 and we’ll quote you in under a minute. No bait pricing, no surprise hauls.
Should I just rent two 15-yards instead?
Almost never the right call. One 20-yard is cheaper than two 15-yards, fits the same footprint, and means one delivery + one pickup instead of four trips. The only time to go with two 15s is if you’ve got a heavy-material job (lots of concrete or shingles) where weight, not volume, is the limit.
